Once an order has been placed, no cancellations, modifications, or refunds can be made. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

DELIVERY Information
•Next Day Pick up/Delivery orders must be placed before 6pm.
We deliver within Edmonton and surrounding area Monday - Saturday From 10am until 8pm. Sundays From 12pm until 5pm. You can select your desired delivery/pickup option at check out. Your delivery time request will be made to the best of our ability but is not guaranteed.
-In the event no one is able to accept the delivery, we will leave them in a safe place (weather according), we will take a picture and contact you with details to the phone number or email provided. If not, they will be returned to us until further arrangements for re-delivery can be made. This will incur further delivery charges. Same day re-delivery cannot be guaranteed and flowers freshness is out of our control.
-Once items have been delivered, we will not accept liability for any items that may be lost, stolen or damaged.
